a. Products: We accept returns and exchanges for eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return/exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

a. Initiating a Return/Exchange: To initiate a return/exchange, please contact our customer support team at contact@innerthrills.co within 30 days. Please provide your order details, reason for the return/exchange, and any supporting documentation or photographs, if applicable.

b. Return/Exchange Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return/exchange authorization and instructions on how to proceed. Please note that the customer will be responsible for any extra shipping charges for returns or exchanges.

c. Shipping the Item: You are responsible for shipping the item back to our facility located at 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the shipping receipt for your records.

d. Inspection and Processing: Upon receiving the returned/exchanged item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, we will proceed with the requested return/exchange.

a. Refund Options: For eligible returns, we offer refunds in the original form of payment or store credit, as per your preference. The refund amount will exclude any original shipping charges unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item.

b. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. The timeframe for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

a. Exchange Options: For eligible exchanges, we offer the option to exchange the item for a different size, color, or a different product of equal or lesser value. If the requested exchange item is of higher value, you will be responsible for paying the price difference.

b. Exchange Processing: Exchanges will be processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. The replacement item will be shipped to you using our standard shipping method.

a. Non-defective Returns: If the return/exchange is not due to a defective or damaged item or an error on our part, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return/exchange.

b. Defective/Damaged Items: If the return/exchange is due to a defective or damaged item or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us to arrange for a prepaid shipping label.
